Nestor Hernandez started in the tree care and management business in 2007, working for Utility Tree as a climber. In 2013 Nestor decided to venture out and created Monticello Tree Service inc. Nestor knows what trees need and what kind of service our customers expect. Meeting those needs and exceeding customer expectations is his priority.

Thanks to Nestor and his crew! Nestor quickly responded to my Yelp message and provided me with a great quote when I sent him pictures. He committed to coming arriving Monday morning at 7:30. His crew arrived early, were very professional, were careful to not impose our trimmings on any neighbors and cleaned up by even sweeping trimmings out of our pool and blowing leaves away.
Great service! We will see you again next summer when the trees will need another trim.

Nestor and his team are great!! I had a fir tree removed, stumps ground down, and trees trimmed and cleaned out. They were quick and picked up all twigs/branches after job.
Nestor was the only tree guy to give me useful information on my Japanese maple. He told me what needed to be done immediately to save the tree. Not even the arborist I hired last time, nor the HUGE name company I had give me an estimate this time around mentioned these issues! Nestor knows his trees.
As they were getting ready to leave I asked Nestor if he knew a sprinkler repair guy. He looked at the problem sprinkler, said it was an easy fix, and did it for me!! I do not hesitate in recommending him and consider him my official tree guy for all future work!! Great job Nestor!!!

Nestor has done tree trimming for me and a neighbor in the past and now has removed a very large pecan tree for me including stump grinding. He removed everything and left the valuable wood in fireplace lengths for me which I will have split after it dries out for a month or so. His price has been less than other estimates I've gotten and his work has been good, his employees are friendly and they do a good clean up when finished
